Hi! I'm Andrea, a student of Video Game Design and Development at CITM-UPC who loves project management, art and a good story. I come from psychology and I currently coordinate teams, combining organisation and creativity. I'm always looking for new challenges where I can learn and provide solutions!
I am passionate about understanding the human mind and developing myself in the technological world. I studied psychology, I have a psychiatric and nursing assistant degree, and I worked in a psychiatric hospital. I am currently studying Video Game Design and Development at CITM-UPC and I work as an administrator at the Escola Aeronàutica de Catalunya, where I manage the online platform. I am motivated by combining creativity and technology, I enjoy project management and I am always looking to grow by facing new challenges that allow me to learn and add value.
I consider myself to be a communicative, decisive person with a strong desire to do things well. I have organised playtesting sessions so that the team could receive useful feedback and I have also coordinated meetings with teachers to solve bugs and problems. Thanks to my empathy, I have managed to gain the respect of my colleagues, which has helped to create a good working environment. These experiences have taught me to work in a team and to keep things running with good spirit and organisation.
